Business Package for Maintenance Supervisor 1.2 The
Business Package for Maintenance Supervisor
contains many functions for the daily tasks of a maintenance supervisor. The supervisor can find all the information he or she needs to do his or her job quickly and easily, such as notification lists, order lists, and confirmation lists, and can use a wide range of functions and reports to display the technical structure for functional locations.
This business package is aimed at maintenance supervisors and makes it easier for them to carry out their daily work.
The
Work Overview
workset provides a personal object worklist containing maintenance and service notifications, maintenance and service operations, tasks, and confirmations. From here you can create new notifications and orders, call after-event order recording, and assign work. In addition, you can call detailed information for each of the items below the worklist.
You can use the
Technical Structure View
workset to display the structure of technical objects and to dismantle, install, or exchange pieces of equipment. In addition, you can see the next planned maintenance date for a technical object in the technical structure view, as well as the number of spare parts that are currently available in the plant for this technical object.
It provides an overview of notifications and orders for individual technical objects. You can also create measurement documents, notifications and orders from the technical structure view. Furthermore, you can create document attachments for technical objects and after-event order recording.
You use this workset to evaluate your maintenance data and display reports.
The service map groups the jumps to applications that are relevant for the maintenance supervisor.
