This Employee Self-Service enables employees to display and print a form that contains the following information:
Current insured wage
Current contributions
Current benefits
The form available with Employee Self-Service (WDA) has the same layout as the official form published by the Swiss government.
In this scenario, the fields are reduced to their essentials so that employees who have no knowledge of the SAP system can display and print the required information.
The employee has an SAP user that is directly linked to their SAP employee master data in the Communication
(0105) infotype (subtype 0001).
Payroll results for the employee must exist for at least one period in the assessment year.
The employee has an active account.
The pension fund has been recalculated for the employee.
