Creating a CIAP Record from a Legacy System
You use this report to load CIAP records from legacy systems to SAP ERP
.
Note
Only users with specific authorization can run this report. For more information about the authorization object related to this report, see Authorization Object M_CIAP_WRI.
The report creates only one CIAP record at a time. However, you can specify the quantity of goods or services for each item. For example, if the nota fiscal that you are running has two items with quantities equal to three, the report generates the following:
Six CIAP records with quantity equals to one. In this case, you need to run the report six times.
Two CIAP records, one for each item. In this case, you need to specify the quantity as three and run the report twice, changing the item number in the Nota Fiscal
group box.
