If necessary, change the object type.
Enter the object name or the object ID of the job in the corresponding field.
If necessary, change the key date for planning.
Select the planning criterion

screen appears. In the top section of the screen, the system displays standard information on the job. In the succession plan, the system displays planning objects that match each of the selection criteria specified.
To display the ranking list for the planning objects, choose .
The
Succession Planning
screen appears. This ranking list is sorted by suitability range or suitability percentage. The planning criteria that the planning objects meet are displayed in the right-hand section of the screen.
To toggle between the suitability ranges and the suitability percentage, choose
Select the person for whom you want to define a potential for the job, and choose
or
Potential
.
The potential for the job is recorded in the person’s
Potentials
subprofile.
Repeat the step described above, as required.
To update the succession plan, choose

You can save the succession plan and ranking list to file, or print them.
