Displaying the Succession Overview for an Organizational UnitChoose
The
Succession Overview
screen appears.
Enter the name or ID of the organizational unit in question.
To determine the suitability of potential successors, select the
Suitability analysis
flag.
Choose
.
The
Planning Criteria
dialog box appears.
Select the criteria you want, and choose
Transfer.
The
Succession Overview
screen appears. The number of potential successors defined for each position is displayed. The information displayed is broken down by planning criterion.
You can perform the following functions from the succession overview:

Hitlist for a position (for all planning criteria, or for an individual planning criterion) |
Position your cursor on the entry and column in question, and double-click to open the list. |
From this hitlist, you can access the profile of every potential successor that appears in the list by double-clicking. |
The system displays an overview of the succession scenarios defined for every position within the organizational unit specified.
