The Development Plan History Subprofile

Definition

You use a Development Plan History subprofile to display and manage the current and past development plans that a person has worked through/is working through sapurl_link_0024_0001_0002 .

Use

You use the Development Plan History subprofile to:

  • Display an overview of the development plans in which a person is/was involved.

  • Delete development plans from the development plan history.

  • Tailor a development plan to a specific person, and change the status.

To make person-specific changes to the development plan, or to change the status, you open the development plan in question by double-clicking it.

Name of the development plan

The current status of the development plan.

  • Validity period

The period during which the development plan is ‘performed.’

Comments on the development plan.

Integration

You can use the Individual Development subprofile to display an overview of all corresponding development plan items.

You can also set up a Individual Development subprofile for object types other than those for which standard settings have been made.
