Managing Attachments

Procedure

  1. To manage attachments choose the Manage Attachments menu item from the work item context menu. This will open a new window.

    In the newly opened window you can see a table showing the attachments list and Remove, Browse and Upload buttons.

  2. The table shows the columns Subject, From, Type and Size.
  3. To add attachments, first select a file by choosing the Browse button.
  4. Use the Upload button below the table to upload the file.
  5. To remove an attachment, select it in the table displaying the attachments for the entry and then choose Remove.
