Configuring ICF Nodes for Services

Context

In your SAP ABAP back-end system, access the transaction SICF and choose Execute. The Maintain Services screen appears.

Procedure

  1. Choose Start of the navigation pathdefault_host  Next navigation step SAP Next navigation step bc Next navigation step bsp Next navigation step sapEnd of the navigation path, select the following services:
    • ARSRVC_SUITE_PB
    • ARSRVC_SPB_ADMN
    • ARSRVC_LPD_C
    Activate the above services (either via right-click of the mouse and Activate Service or in the menu under Service/host Activate)
  2. Choose Start of the navigation pathdefault_host Next navigation step SAP Next navigation step bc Next navigation step ui5_ui5  Next navigation step SAPEnd of the navigation path, select the following services:
    • ARSRVC_SUITE_PB
    • ARSRVC_SPB_ADMN
    • ARSRVC_LPD_C
    Activate the above services (either via right-click of the mouse and Activate Service or in the menu under Service/host Activate)
  3. Choose Start of the navigation pathdefault_host Next navigation step SAP Next navigation step public Next navigation step bcEnd of the navigation path, select the following services:
    • UI2
    • ui5_ui5
    Activate the above services (either via right-click of the mouse and Activate Service or in the menu under Service/host Activate)
