Defining Delivery Rules for Offers
Use
When you create an offer, you need to specify one or more delivery rules for it.
A delivery rule defines:
-
The delivery method ( Push or Pull )
-
The delivery schedule according to which content is delivered.
Default Delivery Rules
A pull delivery rule and a push delivery rule are defined as default rules for each offer you create.
Both delivery rules are scheduled continuously. Only one schedule parameter is specified in these delivery rules. The shortest interval between successive content updates is set to 20 minutes. Subscribers who subscribe to the offer and choose one of these default delivery rules receive content updates until they cancel the subscription.

-
You entered an offer name and a description.
