External Data Transfer (EDT)
If the business partners have not been created in the BP role of
agent
in Incentives and Commission Management, you need to import them beforehand in an external data transfer (business partner). Then you can start the external data transfer for the commission case.
Caution
If the master data for the business partner in the BP role
agent
have not been fully entered before the external data transfer (commission case), then the affected commission cases are set to pending.
