You have to make various settings in Customizing to be able to print the correspondence correctly. Incentive and Commission Management (ICM) uses the standard functions of the Print Workbench, the correspondence tool and also various types of SAP forms such as PDF-based forms, SAPScript and Smart Forms.

Integration

The standard delivery of the correspondence type for ICM correspondence print is “ICM1”. If you change the correspondence type in Customizing, you should also take account of this in the Business Add-In (BAdI) for the aggregation. Only then does the correspondence type have an effect on the data in the correspondence container.

Edit the following IMG activities with the correspondence tool:

  • Correspondence role

  • Correspondence variant (create correspondence variant)
