Indexing Information

Context

If a document or folder is not contained in an index, a message appears telling you so. If it is contained in an index, the following information is displayed:

Name of the index

Service type : Specifies whether the document or content of the folder is in a search index, a classification index, or both. It may be a combined search and classification index.

Status of the document: (Only for documents) Specifies the status of a document in the queue. For more information on the possible statuses, see What Does the Status of a Document Mean?

Procedure


  1. In the iViews in the standard delivery

  2. Choose Start of the navigation pathView Next navigation step Index InformationEnd of the navigation path in the Details dialog box for the document or folder in question.
