Displaying Archived Trip Data (FI-TV)

Use

You can display archived trip data without writing it back to the database. To do so, use program RPCLSTTE ( Details of a Trip ). You can use this program to display both archived and non-archived trip data.

You can display archived trip data in the following ways:

Archived trip data is not displayed using the Archive Information System (AS) because program RPCLSTTE is available for this purpose.

Procedure

In Archive Administration

  1. Enter object name PA_TRAVEL , and choose Enter .

  2. Choose Analyze .

  3. This takes you to the Archive Administration: Execute Analysis Program screen. The Dialog option and the read program RPCLSTTE are preset.

  4. Choose Execute .

  5. Enter the required selection criteria and choose Enter .

In Travel Management

Choose Start of the navigation path Tools Next navigation step Database reporting Next navigation step Details of trip End of the navigation path . The system displays the archived trip data in the same way as in Archive Administration .
