Procedure documentationCreating a Write Variant for HRMSS_NOTE

You can run the program in test mode or productive mode. Irrespective of this, you always need to create a variant for the write program (or select an existing variant). For this purpose, you have the following selection criteria and options available:

  • Personnel Number - Based on the value of this input field, all records corresponding to the entered personnel number is destroyed for this write program.

  • Country Grouping - Based on the value of this input field, all records for the personnel numbers associated with the country grouping (MOLGA) are destroyed for this write program.

    Note Note

If you do not specify a personnel number or country grouping and the write report is executed and it will destroy all the personnel numbers.

    End of the note.
  • Select Date Until - Based on the value of this input field, all records changed in the table HRMSS_D_NOTES before the specified date are destroyed.

    Note Note

You can use this parameter with the personnel number and country Grouping.

    End of the note.
  • Comment/Note - You enter a short text for this archiving session for the destruction of data.

  • Test Run - If you select this checkbox, the write program is started in test mode. No archive files are created and no data is deleted from the database. The delete program is not started. If you do not select this checkbox, the write program is started in productive mode and archive files are created for the destruction of data.

  • Detailed Log - If you select this checkbox, a detailed log is generated. Only use this option to perform an error analysis in test mode. Since the log is very detailed you must not use it in productive mode.
