In HR Administrative Services you can archive data relating to organizational processes, employee processes, and recruitment processes, or you can destroy this data after a specified retention period.

Prerequisites

To be able to create retention rules in Retention Management for SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM), you need to switch on the ILM business function.

Procedure

  1. Archive and destroy the data using the corresponding archiving objects.
