In Event Management and in the SAP Learning Solution you can archive data relating to events, time-dependent and time-independent courses, curricula, external persons, and companies or destroy it after the defined retention duration has expired.

Prerequisites

To be able to create retention rules in Retention Management for SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM), you need to switch on the ILM business function.

Procedure

  1. Archive or destroy the data using the corresponding archiving objects.
