To run the write program (HRASR_PA_WRITE) of the archiving object HRASR_PA, you need your profile to be assigned to S_ARCHIVE, and you must have P_ABAP authorization. If you have P_ABAP authorization with the Degree of Simplification for Authorization Check (CORAS) set to 1, you must have read authorization for the employee processes. If you have P_ABAP authorization with the CORAS set to 2, you do not need additional read authorizations for the employee processes.

You do not need any specific authorization for the delete program since the authorization check is performed in the related write program.
