Checks of HRPA_HCEIN
The preprocessing program performs the checks to ensure that only data that is no longer needed is destroyed.
If the employee has any of the below-mentioned benefit plans during the same period as the IT0375 (HCE information record), then this data is not considered for destruction. This is because the infotype IT0375 determines the permitted employee contribution amount for certain benefit plans.
The benefit plans, which are checked for existence before deleting the HCE information record, are as follows:
Health Plans (infotype 0167)
Insurance Plans (infotype 0168)
Savings Plans (infotype 0169)
Flexible Spending Accounts (infotype 0170)
Flexible Spending Account Claims (infotype 0172)
Miscellaneous Plans (infotype 0377)
Stock Purchase Plans (infotype 0379)
Credit Plans (infotype 0236)
The system uses the implementation HRPA_HCEINF_CHK_DATA
