The authorization object P_ABAP checks the running of the programs of the archiving object HR: Events/Courses (HRLSO_CRSE). If the degree of simplification for the authorization check (COARS) is set to 1, special authorizations are required to run the write program. If the value is set to 2, the authorization check is not performed.

You do not need special authorization for the delete program RPLSO_CRSE_ARCH_DEl since the authorization check is performed for the associated write program.

You need authorization object S_ARCHIVE, to execute the read program RPLSO_GENERIC_ARCH_READ in archiving mode and display the generated archiving file.
