The implementation determines the values for the condition fields SUBOBJECT and STAT2 (employment status). Although the employment status is stored for the person (P), the values are determined based on the person ID. To determine the values, the system reads the employment statuses of all persons for the person ID and evaluates these. The system uses the highest key of the employment statuses involved. The following applies: Active (3) > Pensioner (2) > Inactive (1) > Left Company (0). Examples: Two persons, with status values 0 and 2, are assigned to a person ID. The system therefore interprets the person ID has having status 2 (Pensioner). A person ID has status Active if at least one of the assigned persons has the status Active.

The implementation determines the leaving date. Although the leaving date is stored for the person (P), the values are determined based on the person ID. The system compares the leaving dates of all assigned persons, and determines the latest date as the leaving date for the person ID. If a linked person has not yet left the company, the system uses the high date (31.12.9999) as the leaving date for the person ID. End of the note. |
