You can use the field COUNTRY_GROUPING
to define country-specific retention rules for data on appraisal documents.
The field END_OF_YEAR
(End of Year
) is available for HRHAP_DOC
as the start time for defining the retention period. When evaluating rules, the system maps the start time defined in the retention rule to the end date of the appraisal document data record that is selected for the destruction of data.
