If these notes are not applied, then the archiving of processes will lead to inconsistencies which cannot be resolved.

You can view the corresponding process documents (forms and attachments) of the archived or destroyed processes stored in the Digital Personnel File (DPF). For these processes, the data container is not passed in the authorization check methods which are executed while viewing the process documents stored in DPF. Impact: If you have your own BadI implementation and are making use of data container to perform additional authorization checks, these checks cannot be performed for the archived or destroyed processes.

You can use the Process Browser to view all archived processes. To do so, you must have S_ARCHIVE authorizations for all the three archiving objects HRASR_PA, HRASR_PD, and HRASR_EREC. You can use the process status Archived to explicitly search all archived process instances (must have S_ARCHIVE authorizations). For the application configurations that do not have a process status as a search criteria, only the archived processes are displayed (must have S_ARCHIVE authorizations). In this case it is not possible to explicitly search the archived process instances.
