Define Grouping of Benefit Plans.
You enter a technical name and a description to create an archiving subobject.
NoteFor every archiving subobject, you enter the benefit area and benefit plans that should be grouped together. The system assigns the corresponding company grouping and benefit plan category.

In the preprocessing program, for archiving object RP_PA_BENEFITPLANS_PRE, you can select the grouping of benefit plans that you have defined as archiving subobject in the Customizing. In the preprocessing phase for the destruction of data, all data that is selected for this archiving subobject is considered.
