Checks of HRTIM_ABS
To ensure that only data that is no longer required in business processes is destroyed, the preprocessing program performs the following checks:
The PC Cluster (Personal Calendar) can be destroyed if the following criteria fulfilled:
All quotas (infotype Leave Entitlement
0005) can be destroyed.
All absences have an end date that is lesser than or equal to the selection date Destroy Until
.
A quota (infotype 0005) can be destroyed if either of the following criteria fulfilled:
Deduction end date of quota the quota is lesser than or equal to the selection date Destroy Until
and all linked absences have end dates that are lesser than or equal too the Destroy Until
date.
Deduction end date of the quota is after the selection date Destroy Until
, the balance equals 0, and all linked absences have an end date that is lesser than or equal to the Destroy Until
date.
Compensation (infotype Leave Entitlement Compensation
(0083) can be destroyed if all quotas linked to the compensation record can be destroyed.
Data records about subsequent illnesses (infotype Absences
2001) can be destroyed if the following criteria are fulfilled:
If the data records in infotype 2001 have the same indicator (Relationship
field) and are therefore connected with each other as subsequent illnesses, the end date of the last data record is used as the basis for data destruction. This is necessary because a data record may still be needed to calculate the time limits for continued pay and the sick pay supplement. For this reason, data records relating to subsequent illnesses can only be destroyed together but not until the last data record can be destroyed.

Note that there may be country-specific implementations of BAdI HRPA_B_DATA_OBJ
in your system.
