If you run the preprocessing program RPLSO_GENERIC_ARCH_PRE for the archiving object HR: Events/Courses (HRLSO_CRSE), you need to enter an existing variant or create a new variant. You only need to run the preprocessing program once for the archiving object. You only need to run the preprocessing program again if you have included a new table that contains data to be deleted in the structure definition of the archiving object.

The preprocessing program is available for all archiving objects of Training and Event Management or SAP Learning Solution. Therefore, you need to select the archiving object for which you want to create the variant from the selection screen of the preprocessing program. You can also choose whether the variant is to be created for the test run.
