You can use the fields MOLGA
and PLVAR
to define country-specific retention rules for personal data for Personnel Cost Planning.
The fields END_OF_YEAR
(End of Year
) and END_OF_MONTH
(End of Month
) are available for HRHCP_PLAN
as the start time for defining the retention period. When evaluating rules, the system maps the start time defined in the retention rule to the end date of the Personnel Cost Planning data record that is selected for the destruction of data.
