Background documentationChecks of HRHAP_DOC

So that only appraisal documents no longer relevant for current business processes are destroyed, certain conditions must be met. Checks in the write program RHHAPDOC_ARCH_WRI ensure that these conditions are adhered to. The program performs checks for the following parameters:

  • Status of appraisal document

Appraisal documents that are to be destroyed need to be completed. This means that they need to have one of the following statuses:

    • Completed

    • Approved

    • Rejected

    • Closed Approved

    • Closed Rejected

  • Date until which appraisal documents are to be destroyed

The valid-to date of the appraisal document is synchronized with the date for the preselection of data (Select Data Until) on the selection screen of the write program.

  • Country grouping

The country grouping of the appraisee of an appraisal document is checked against the country grouping entered on the selection screen of the write program.

  • Appraisal documents with more than one appraisee

Appraisal documents with more than one appraisee are not considered.
