Allowed fields for retention rules: Indirect value determination

Value determination for allowed field for HRMSS_NOTE:

  • COUNTRY (Country Grouping)

  • Employee Group

  • Employee Subgroup

You can use the COUNTRY field to define country-specific retention rules for Notes data.

The AEDTM field (Last Change Date) is available for HRMSS_NOTE as the start time for defining the retention period. When evaluating rules, the system maps the start time defined in the retention rule to the end date of the employee notes data record that is selected for the destruction of data.
