You can use the field MOLGA
to define country-specific retention rules for data on managing global employees.
The field END_OF_YEAR
(End of Year
) is available for HRPA_MGE
as the start time for defining the retention period. When evaluating rules, the system maps the start time defined in the retention rule to the end date of the data record that is selected for the destruction of data.
