The characteristics of the archiving object HR: Company (HRLSO_U) are defined in archiving object maintenance (transaction AOBJ). These include the work area (required for assigning the generated archive file to an application), the application component, the available programs, and the settings for these.

The following programs are available for HRLSO_U:

Read Program

You only need to run the preprocessing program once for the archiving object. You only need to run the preprocessing program again if you have included a new table that contains data to be deleted in the archiving object.

Setting for the write program:

  • Interruption Possible

    In the standard SAP system, this checkbox is selected. The write program of the archiving object checks the checkbox and performs the interruption.
