The RP_PA_GENERALBENEFITSINFO_PRE preprocessing program performs checks to ensure that only the data that is no longer needed is destroyed. All benefits plans and adjustment reasons are dependent on General Benefits Information infotype 0171. The preprocessing program checks if any benefit plans (health, insurance, savings, miscellaneous, flexible spending accounts (FSA), credit, stock purchase plans) or adjustment reasons (infotype 0378) exist in the period of infotype record 0171. If they do exist, then the infotype 0171 record is not destroyed.
