Change of Supplier in the German Liberalized Electricity Market
Based on the change of supplier infrastructure, a template change of supplier solution is predefined in SAP IS-U/IDE that fulfills the regulatory requirements of Germany’s liberalized electricity market.
This template solution combines the individual elements of the change of supplier infrastructure to produce executable template workflows.
The template solution consists of the following elements:
Data exchange using UTILMD messages
In the German liberalized electricity market, the change of supplier relevant data is exchanged using the EDIFACT message format UTILMD.
An IDoc type for the UTILMD format as well specially adapted event and process modules are available within the infrastructure for the data exchange processes.
