Definition

A business partner in the role of Counterparty is a contract partner in a financial transaction.

Use

When a Borrower’s Note Loan is granted, the lender must be assigned to the business partner role of Counterparty .

You need to enter the following data for business partners in this role:

  • Language

  • Name

  • Address

  • Country

  • Reconciliation Account
