Display Archived Payroll Results (PY)

Use

You can display archived payroll results without writing them back to the database. To do so, use program H99_DISPLAY_PAYRESULT (Display Payroll Results) . You can use this program to display both archived and non-archived payroll results.

You can display archived payroll results in the following ways:

In Archive Administration
In the respective country version of Payroll

Note Note

Archived payroll results are not displayed using the Archive Information System (AS) because program H99_DISPLAY_PAYRESULT is available for this purpose.

Procedure

In Archive Administration

Enter object name PA_CALC , and choose Enter .
Choose Analyze .
This takes you to the Archive Administration: Execute Analysis Program screen. The Dialog option and the read program H99_DISPLAY_PAYRESULT are preset.
Choose Execute .
Enter the required selection criteria and choose Enter .

The system displays the archived and non-archived payroll results together. You can recognize archived payroll results by the entry in the Archiving Group field.

In Payroll

In the respective Payroll country version, you can find the program in the Tools menu. The system displays the archived payroll results in the same way as in Archive Administration .
