You can use customer-specific evaluation reports, which use the logical database for Payroll, to:

Access archived payroll results without having to program customer-specific access to them. The logical database for Payroll performs this transparent access itself.

Create customer-specific evaluation lists.

Activate or deactivate access to archived payroll results in the customer-specific evaluation report if the prerequisites were met.

At present, to ensure good performance, the payroll results can only be selected using personnel numbers. In the future, you will be able to make a selection using organizational criteria.

In Customizing for Personnel Management under Human Resources Information System -> Reporting you have adjusted the settings (create and assign report categories for Payroll) so that you can access the archived data in the evaluation report.

You can also adjust the settings to access the archived payroll data using the report category .
