The online application form is an interactive PDF form in which the user can fill out the editable fields. When the user completes the form and chooses Submit
, a process based on the HR processes and forms is triggered to monitor the request. When the application
is approved by the responsible persons from HR and accounting departments, the system automatically creates a record for the applicant in the Loans
(0045) infotype in the backend system.
