2D Viewport Menu

Use

A 2D menu displays when you right-click in the 2D viewport. The options differ, depending on the current file format.

Functional Description

2D Actions

Used to control a number of image settings including modifying the image size and rotating the image. For more information, see 2D Actions Menu.

Pages

Used to view a cubemap file using one of the six images of which the file is comprised. These images represent what you would see from a certain location if you were to look forward, left, right, backward, up, and down. This option is only displayed with cubemap files.

  • posx: Displays the image as viewed from the left

  • negx: Displays the image as viewed from the right

  • posy: Displays the image as viewed from the bottom

  • negy: Displays the image as viewed from the top

  • posz: Displays the image as viewed from the front

  • negz: Displays the image as viewed from the back

Zoom In

Zooms in on the image

Zoom Out

Zooms out from the image

Standard View

Zooms the image to its actual size

Best Fit

Zooms the image to its best fit in the viewport

Preferences

Opens the Preferences window, and is used to configure your graphics files settings including colors and thumbnails. For more information, see Preferences Window.
