Favorites
Use
Favorites is a list of favorite documents with which you are working. Documents are added to this list when:

You choose Add to Favorites on a document from a search result

A documents file is checked out from a search result
-
A new document is created
-
A new version of document is created
The list of documents in the favorites is preserved between sessions, and is available when you are logged out, but functionality is limited:

Remove from Favorites command enabled for documents

Open/Display command enabled for downloaded files

Open/Edit command enabled for checked out files
Files that are not downloaded are not shown at all (or shown as greyed). This means that you can continue work on downloaded files when connection to SAP is not available.
Activities
Adding Documents to the Favorites List
Do one of the following:

Highlight a document in the search result, right-click and choose Add to Favorites.

Select a document and choose Check Out on the toolbar

Choose Create New Document on the toolbar

Select a document and choose Create New Version on the toolbar
Removing Documents from the Favorites List
Highlight a document in the list, right-click and choose Remove from Favorites.
