Creating a Dependent Document

Context

You can create a new original and document as a dependent document of the current original (VWI) in SAP PLM.

Procedure

  1. Create a new file, or open an existing local file.
  2. Choose Create a New Original and Document as a Dependent Document of the Current Originall from the ECTR toolbar.

Results

The dependent document related to the original is created and the new original is loaded in SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Author.
