Adding Content

Context

Adding new content is the simplest method of updating your content.

Procedure

  1. Do one of the following to access the Add Content command:

Choose Start of the navigation pathFile Next navigation step Add ContentEnd of the navigation pathfrom the menu bar, navigate to and select the file you want to add or drag and drop a file to the SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Author viewport to invoke the Add Content command. The Import Properties window will open if setting Show Import Settings When Opening This Format is enabled.
  3. When the file is dropped, all content on the selected file is added to the currently open file. If new content contains visible objects, check that they display in the viewport.
