Loading an Original and Adding to the Current Scene

Context

You can search for a component in SAP PLM and add it to the current scene.

Procedure

  1. Open an existing file.
  2. Choose Load an Original and Add it to the Current Scene from the ECTR toolbar.
  3. Use the Part Selection window to search for the component using its document or material, or by using the search options.
  4. Place the component in the assembly.

Results

The component is now included in the current scene.
