Go to Services > Instances and Subscriptions. To navigate to Business Data Orchestration, select the Master Data Integration (Orchestration) entry in the Subscriptions section.
The app tiles aren't displayed until the relevant security configuration has been carried out. The following steps have to be performed by a subaccount security administrator:
-
Optional: To define a custom role collection:

-
Create a role collection if you don't have one. Give it a meaningful name like BDOAdmin or BDODisplay.

Go to Security > Roles and select one of the role templates from step 4 (MasterDataOrchestrationAdmin or MasterDataOrchestrationDisplay).
-
Select Edit and add the role collection you created to the selected role template.
-
Select Save.
Alternatively, you can perform the assignment the other way around by adding the role to the role collection.

To assign a user to a role collection:
-
Navigate to Security > Role Collections.
-
Select a role collection and select Edit.
-
In the Users section, enter the data for the users who should have access to the Business Data Orchestration subscription.
-
Select Save.
Depending on the role collection selected, this gives the users either administrator or display rights when accessing the Business Data Orchestration applications.
-
-
You can now log in with your SAP user and password. The administrator can share the link to the Business Data Orchestration application with the appropriate users.
