Monitored Data Quick Reference

Use

The monitored data quick reference provides a description of the data registered for monitoring by the AS Java components. The data is displayed in the Monitor Browser or in the CCMS status monitors.

The following monitoring groups contain important monitors that are activated by default:

• Applications

  Displays monitor data for the Java EE applications that have implemented the monitoring functionality.

• Kernel

  Displays monitor data for the AS Java managers.

• Performance

  Displays performance monitor data for applications and services in accordance with the developer's needs.

• Services

  Displays monitor data for AS Java services.

Features

The data for each monitor contains the following information:

• Description of the monitor and its functions.

• Description of possible problems and recommendations on how to proceed when they occur.
