Using the Table Statistics Monitor

Prerequisites

Context

The Table Statistics monitor allows you to monitor table access, that is, SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE statements and rows affected by them. Table statistics are maintained for DataSources with Open SQL support only. No statistics is collected for tables that are parts of JOIN statements. This monitor is enabled by default.

Procedure

You can switch on or off the Table Statistics monitor by choosing Switch On or Switch Off , respectively.
To view statistics, select a DataSource from the Available Table Statistics area. The Available Table Statistics Items for DataSource area opens. The area displays each table in the cluster with statement statistics.
To reset table statistics of a particular DataSource, select the DataSource and choose Reset Statistics .
