Administrating Rooms
Use
As an administrator, you can check and control the use of rooms and ensure their data consistency.
Procedure
- Establish the usage frequency of rooms.
- If required, control the availability of rooms and the responsibilities for rooms.
- Check the data consistency of rooms at regular intervals. We recommend performing this step after each update.

- If you have changed worksets for templates for which rooms have already been created in the system, transfer the changes to the affected rooms.

- If you want to display the entire inventory of rooms in the system, use a report to create the inventory list.
