Standard Templates for Rooms

SAP delivery preconfigured standard template for the following purposes:

  • Room templates for creating rooms
  • Room part templates for extending rooms

    The applications relevant for working in rooms are available as room part templates. Users can use room part templates to extend existing rooms.

To prevent updates overwriting your templates, the delivered standard templates have been created in the protected SAP namespace. If you want to tailor them to the requirements of your company, you must copy the standard templates to another namespace.

SAP_Meeting_Room_2

Use Holding series of meetings; In contrast to the other templates, which use only generic content, this template provides specific functions (see special features below). Pages Meeting (with management of meeting materials), Tasks, Past Meetings, Room Maintenance (Admin)
