Expense Tab (Expense)

The following table describes the columns of the Expense tab in the Pending and Spent sections on the budget details page.

Field

Description

Claim Name

This column shows the name of the claim.

Transaction Date

This column shows the date of the transaction of the expense.

Submitted By

This column shows the name of the employee who submitted the expense claim.

Details

This column shows details (such as airline, city and state) associated with the expense claim.

Expense Type

This column shows the expense type associated with the expense.

Budget Amount

This column shows how much of the budget amount that is pending or spent.

% of Budget

This column shows how many percent of the budget that is pending or spent.
