Return Part Indicator

Definition

In a service order or a maintenance order, this indicator determines whether a part that requires replacement is to be returned to the equipment manufacturer.

Use

If the return part indicator is selected for a service order item or a maintenance order item, the system triggers the returns process using a free delivery sales document.
