In this section, you get an overview of the number of actions triggered for the event situation. This includes the total number of actions and the number of successful and failed ones.

The numbers are displayed for each event action like Alerts, Email Notifications, Chat Notifications, etc. As each action can be triggered multiple times during the life span of an event situation depending on the maintained configuration.

Event Payloads

In this section, you can view the event payload traces for the event situation. This information helps you solve issues or improvise the event processing procedures proactively. For example, you can use the payload information to create mapping files in the External API Management app for event forwarding to ticketing tools.

Event payloads are available only when you collect them. To do so, choose the Start collecting event payloads on the top-right corner of the screen. The app collects payloads for 24 hours and displays the traces for up to 48 hours starting from when the trace collection was switched on. The latest 10 traces are displayed.

Outbound Logs

In this section, you can view the status of events payloads stored in the data store and its count. These event payloads are collected when the Store Event Payload for 24 Hours event action is enabled. These payloads can be consumed by other SAP and third party apps using the Raw Data Outbound Logs API for Intelligent Event Processing app.

An active status indicates that the event payloads for the event situation are being stored in the app's data store. You can also view the number of stored payloads and the time stamp of the first and the last entries. You can use this information to verify the availability of payloads in the store against what's being sent via the outbound API.
