Final Report (Ready-to-Ship Report, SBE)

Definition

Report to be shipped, which is generated from a report (SBR) directly for shipment.

The system selects the related report based on the following criteria:

By the object for the report application of which the report was created

If, for example, the report was created for report application Specification Master (object Specification), the selection is based on the specification.

The standard system contains the following report applications and objects, for example:

Accident Victim	Accident event (consists of the key of the accident log entry and the address number of the person involved)

By the generation variant
The generation variant is assigned to the report template. The SAP system automatically determines all report applications for which symbols were created in the report template and assigns these report applications to the generation variant. In Customizing for Basic Data and Tools, function modules, which determine the overwritable default values for the parameter symbols of the report template during generation of the final report, are defined for each symbol group under Specify Report Symbol Groups (see Default Parameters for Reports ).
By the language in which all phrases were already expanded in the report
By the key date if you used engineering change management

In the generation run for the final report, the SAP system expands all other data. This data comes from SAP components other than Specification Management or Phrase Management, and completes the report. This data could include, for example:

Material data
Customer data
Work area data
Data about the person involved in the accident
Injury/Illness log data
